Still Glitching Why? Empty Still Glitching Why?

I've been away from the xbox 360 since Call of Duty | World at War come out. Years ago right! So why is it when i come back on the 360 to play a little COD4 do we still have people glitching to get kills.....Thats bad, the game has been out years and people still can not get kills.
